How your transport request
moves forward.

A request, a quotation, and a confirmed booking are three different things. Here is how the process works.

01

Tell us about your journey

Provide your route, travel dates, group size, and special requirements. It could be a one-way transfer, return journey, or a trip with several stops.

02

Operators submit quotations

Suitable transport companies set their own prices and specify the vehicle, included services, and terms.

03

Compare and choose

View the offers you receive in one place. Choose the most affordable suitable option, or prioritise comfort and additional services.

04

Confirm your journey

The selected transport company confirms the booking. You arrange the practical details and transport payment directly with that company.

What should you check before choosing a quote?

The total price does not tell you everything about an offer. Check the vehicle, included services, possible extra costs, and cancellation or amendment terms.

What can you compare?

Can you add stops and experiences to your journey?

BusChoice aims to let you add optional coffee stops, meals, museum visits, and activities through partner providers. These extras are never compulsory, and their availability and prices depend on the partner and travel date.

Coffee and rest stopsTake a well-earned break along the way.
Lunches and group diningPlan meals around your group’s schedule.
Museums and attractionsAdd culture and interesting places to visit.
Activities and experiencesFind activities that suit your group’s interests.

Who handles the booking and payment?

BusChoice acts as an intermediary. It helps you find and compare transport quotations but does not operate the vehicles or provide the transport itself. Your selected operator is responsible for the agreed journey and its payment arrangements.

Selecting an offer does not automatically mean your booking is confirmed. The transport company confirms the booking under the agreed process. Requesting and comparing quotations is free for customers.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to request a quote?

No. Sending transport requests and comparing quotations is free for customers. You pay the relevant providers only for the transport and any optional services you choose.

Do I have to choose the cheapest offer?

No. You can prioritise price, vehicle type, equipment, flexibility, or anything else important to your group. The choice is yours.

Can I also arrange meals or activities?

The aim is to offer optional partner services such as coffee stops, lunches, museum visits, and activities. Availability and pricing depend on each partner and travel date. You can choose the transport without any extras.

Who is responsible for transport and payment?

BusChoice is an intermediary, not a transport operator. The transport company you choose is responsible for confirming and providing the journey, and for arranging payment directly with you.

Can I submit a transport request now?

The quotation service is still being developed, and transport requests are not yet being accepted. This page explains how the service is planned to work.
