More booking opportunities.
On your terms.
BusChoice is building a new channel for group transport enquiries. Reach customers looking for a suitable operator, decide which journeys to quote for, and set your own price.
Explore the partnershipThe right opportunities deserve your attention.
The idea behind BusChoice is simple: a customer describes their transport needs once. The request can then reach suitable independent transport companies, each free to submit its own quotation.
You do not have to quote for every journey. Focus on requests that suit your fleet, availability and operating area. Customers compare the offers they receive and make their own choice.
BusChoice acts as an intermediary. The selected transport company provides the journey.
A clear process. Your business.
The planned process takes you from company approval through to a confirmed booking.
Introduce your company
Register your business and enter your fleet, seating capacities and operating areas. BusChoice reviews company details before approval.
Receive relevant requests
Your company can receive enquiries that match its service area and vehicle capacity.
Submit your quotation
Choose the price, vehicle, included services and conditions. You can also decline to quote.
The customer chooses
The customer compares quotations and selects an offer. Once the booking is confirmed, you arrange the journey and payment directly with the customer.
Request volumes, customer selection and resulting bookings cannot be guaranteed.

Your fleet. Your prices. Your decisions.
BusChoice does not set your transport prices or decide which journeys you accept. You know your costs, drivers and available vehicles best.
There is no obligation to quote for every request.
Specify the price, vehicle, included services and terms of your quotation.
Once a booking is confirmed, your company handles the transport and invoices the customer directly.
More opportunities. Your business, your decisions.
BusChoice is building another way for your company to connect with people organising group transport. Focus on what you do best: providing dependable transport while choosing the work that suits your fleet.
Reach more group organisers
Discover relevant transport enquiries without having to find every potential customer yourself.
Choose journeys and set your rates
Respond when vehicles are available. You decide which trips to quote for and define your own prices, inclusions and conditions.
Commercial and practical partnership terms will be explained to your company before any agreement. Customers and operators arrange the journey and its payment directly with each other.
Built for operators of different sizes.
We are designing BusChoice for independent operators whose vehicles and service areas can meet a wide range of group travel needs.
Reach groups across borders.
BusChoice is being developed as an international marketplace for group transport. As new countries and languages are added, partner operators will have opportunities to reach customers planning journeys in the regions they serve.
One partnership. The potential to reach a wider audience. Our goal is to connect relevant transport enquiries with local operators, whether groups are travelling within a country or across borders.
Markets will launch in stages. Listing visibility and enquiry volumes will depend on the countries served, platform rollout and customer demand.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to quote for every request?
No. The plan is for operators to choose which enquiries they wish to quote for.
Does BusChoice set my prices?
No. Each operator sets the price, included services and terms of its own quotation.
How are partnership fees and terms agreed?
Any joining fees, commission and other partnership terms are presented to your company before an agreement is made. Receiving an enquiry is not the same as a confirmed booking.
Who invoices the customer?
The selected operator arranges transport and payment directly with the customer. BusChoice acts as an intermediary and invoices the operator for any commission due under their agreement.
Are enquiries or bookings guaranteed?
No. Enquiry volumes depend on demand, location and customer needs. Customers choose independently, so bookings cannot be guaranteed.
When can I apply to become a partner?
Partner applications and the operator portal are still in development. We will publish the application process and share detailed terms before opening.
More opportunities for your fleet.
We are building a network where every operator can submit quotations on its own terms. Our aim is to make reaching new group transport customers simpler.
